Over two decades, Erin has worked with leaders across church denominations. As a vocational Pastor, she understands the experience of Pastoral ministry across multiple generations and the complexity of gender in ministry. She is passionate about helping men and women understand themselves and each other better and the rich perspectives each brings to their roles. An Arrow Australia alumnus, Erin is equipped with leadership research drawing from her Master of Leadership. After seeing and experiencing the impact of leadership burnout, she is committed to reflective conversations that invite Pastors and Clergy into balance in their work and play.
